The gel pack is larger and has 30% more gel than others, providing longer-lasting hot or cold therapy and full coverage to your foot and ankle. It is latex-free, non-toxic, and flexible even when frozen, easily conforming to any part of the body.

The unique foot ankle ice pack wrap with strap features a universal fit for men and women, extra-large size, hands-free design, and safe and non-toxic materials. The pack has two adjustable straps for a comfortable fit and can be used for both hot and cold therapy.

Please note that the ice pack is reusable, well-made, and double-sealed to prevent leaking. The pack has a plush side and a nylon side, allowing for instant hot or cold treatment and more gradual or gentle treatment.

For cold treatment, place the gel pack in the freezer for 3 to 4 hours. For warm treatment, heat the pack in the microwave. Instructions for heating and cooling the pack are printed on the product and included on an instruction sheet.
